5 Ways to start loving yourself the way you deserve to be loved.

  1. Forgive Yourself: Let go of all of yesterdays negative experiences and embrace each day with a fresh new start to move in a different direction accordingly. Walk with your head held high boldly and courageously.

  2. Mirror Work: Take a moment daily to embrace and appreciate you from your inner being to your outer self. Acknowledge your strengths and weakness. Take time to accept YOU from the crown of your head to the sole of your feet and every part in between. Remember you are a masterpiece being molded everyday. Lets Affirm: I accept myself the way that I am. I embrace growth with ease.

  3. Self-Care: Pencil in time to commit to acts to refill your cup. Allow time and space to recharge through yoga, stretching, meditation, relaxing: warm bath and soft music, siting still and enjoying your own company. Lets Affirm: I give myself permission to slow down and replenish with no guilt.

  4. Affirmations: The story we tell ourselves is the story that becomes our reality. Call into existence the experiences to which you would like to have. Where intention goes energy flows. Lets Affirm: I am a gifted divine being able to freely express myself in all ways possible.

  5. Nourish the Mind, Body, & Spirit: Create healthy habits to nourish the mind by being mindful to what you hear, see, and allow into your energy field. Provide the body with healthy nutrition. Frequently do a self check-in with yourself. Determine if there is anything unsettling within, if so become intentional in addressing those areas with love and grace. Lets Affirm: I am balanced mind, body, and spirit.
